(which operates under the commercial name MAGIC WORLD) for the accommodations located in Oropesa del Mar, Magic Sports Hotel, Magic Games Hotel, Magic Fantasy Hotel, Magic Inn Hotel, Hotel Balneario and Magic World apartments, as well as the hotels located in Villarreal Hotel Vila Real Palace and Hotel Marina Azul. With registered office at Calle Antina nº 3, 2nd floor CP 12594, Oropesa del Mar (Castellón) with CIF B-12851945, Spain, 12594, book 1109, folio 130, page CS-32455, established by means of a deed authorized before the notary of Castellón, Mr. Joaquín Serrano Yuste, on September 21, 2010, with protocol number 2,288.

2-REGULATIONS

MAGIC HOTELES is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients by complying with current regulations (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the free circulation of these data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC).

3-INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

3.2. Personal information to subscribe to the Newsletter of the different services offered by the MAGIC HOTELES websites.

When you make a request to receive the MAGIC HOTELES newsletter, we may collect the following information:

Name and surname and email.

The legal basis for this processing is the express consent given by the user to receive the newsletter that includes commercial offers of the services provided in our facilities, in accordance with the information provided on the websites of each hotel. Specifically, you may receive information about events, conventions, accommodation offers, spa, sports, entertainment, etc.

We collect personal information to carry out commercial communications related to the different services offered by MAGIC HOTELES, as well as so that the user can contact us and make a request. If you give your consent, your personal data may be used to send commercial communications and SMS messages related to our products and services related to tourism, events, leisure, fashion and catering.

3.3. Personal information to manage your queries.
You can request information and make queries through the forms offered on the websites, by email, by electronic communication, by WhatsApp, by Chatbot or any other data management software available on the websites.

The legal basis for this processing is the execution of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship for the execution of the obligations of the service contracted, manage the user's reservation and answer the questions raised, as well as provide the requested information.

These data will be kept once the contractual relationship derived from the contracting of the service is formalized and the reservation made is managed, as well as the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Commercial communications will not be made through the WhatsApp application and Chatbot without having previously obtained the consent of the interested party.

3.4. Images.
In order to comply with the security and protection obligations of the people and property in our facilities, we use video surveillance cameras, which are located in our facilities, marked and have data protection information.
The information collected through these cameras are images captured when accessing the MAGIC HOTELES facilities.
The legitimate basis for carrying out this treatment is the public interest in the protection of people, property and facilities.
The images will only be kept for a maximum period of fifteen days. Once the expected period has ended, they are automatically deleted. However, the data will remain blocked for the periods determined by the regulations specified above, in order to be able to meet the responsibilities that may arise. After these periods, they will be deleted, unless the interested party has authorized their processing for specific purposes for a longer period.
The images will only be shared with the State Security Forces and Corps in the event that it is necessary for compliance with the corresponding legal obligations.

3.5. Personal information to enable your participation in the raffles and promotions that are carried out through the websites.

The purpose of this processing is to take part in the selection processes of MAGIC HOTELES. The legal basis consists of the express consent of the interested party. The data will be kept for the duration of the selection process and for a maximum of one year from its collection.

4.- MINORS
The Data Controller informs that the data of the users will be processed for the purpose of providing the service of access to the MAGIC HOTELES Wi-Fi network, based on the contractual relationship between the User and the Controller.
These data will be kept for the time necessary to enable the relationship or until the user exercises their rights of opposition, deletion or revocation and will only be communicated to third parties by legal mandate or with the consent of the user.

5.- WIFI NETWORK
Minors may not use the services offered through the website without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all acts carried out through the websites by minors under their care, including the completion of forms with the personal data of said minors and the marking, where appropriate, of the accompanying boxes.
